You know when I came over to Fernie after several trips back and forth to between Canada and England in the preceding yeaars, I went into a Tim Hortons and realised that it had a particular "smell" that I'd associated with Canada. So I know what you mean about the smell, it is unique and I has a special place in my...hmm...head and stomach.
