Day #84: Cheese, Wine and EFT
My sugars this morning were 4.4 again, and I had a lie in this morning - after a late night last night, so that’s not too bad.
They seem to have moved up into the 4s range after I’ve been consuming the extra juice and also adding the apple, but they’re still well within the normal healthy region, and I’m actually feeling better on it, so all is good.
I’ve started reading up a bit on EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques and am intrigued. Without going into too much detail, as I’m sure you’re capable of investigating this yourself, it really does seem to be a phenomenal new way of looking at illness. Check out this video for example:
Pretty amazing eh.
This evening I went across to our neighbours’ house and my wife joined later on, for the celebration of her passing her nursing exam. Cheese and wine a plenty! I took a bottle of wine across and got a whiff of it, and it smelled really good. The food all looks good to, and I did feel pretty hungry towards the end, as I’d had my last juice around 18:30. But… All went well, it was a nice evening, and hey I’m on day 84 now, so I’m in a very strong position as far as will power goes.
So, that was Sunday, still no more snow to speak of, and the forecast doesn’t look like it will until maybe Wednesday. It’s good in one way and bad in another. We’re getting the tyres switched over to the winter tyres on Tuesday afternoon, so the timing might be good there, but we really should have more snow on that hill than we do right now. Fingers crossed.
Write to you tomorrow…
‘night
