Day #83: Christmas shopping in Lethbridge

My sugars this morning were 4.4

My wife nipped down to the craft fair in town this morning, and while she was there I did my juicing for the day and flasked it up in preparation for out trip to Lethbridge, which is a couple of hours east of us in Alberta.

We headed to costco, a kind of wholesale / retail mecca and with al the Christmas decorations, seasonal goods and people milling around, oh yeah and the Xmas Muzak is is starting to feel a lot like Christmas.

I love Christmas, so that’s fine by me.

Snow, Jimmy Stewart, Nat King Cole, Mulled wine, fire places, gloves and hats, frozen breath - c’mon you have to love it.

It was a full day’s shopping mind you, and we just got back around 11:30, so we were out for about 12 hours all told.

As I write this I’m prety hungry again. I think the extra juice that I’m making is expanding my stomach, and it’s saying - more more!

Also, on one of my many trips to the various public restrooms in Lethbridge, I noticed my reflection in different mirrors and it really brought it hoe to me just how bloody thin I am. Way too thin. When I weighed myself this morning I was around 58 - 59 kilos and bang on 130 pounds. Fortunately though, the prunes are not too far away as I don’t think I can go any lower than this. Just got to hang in there.

So, that’s me done for another day, I’ll leave you to yours.

All the best,

‘night.
