Day #59: The Doctor Nightmare
Here’s a little video to tell you about my stellar sleep situation. I think I’m turning into the machinist
The machinist?
Yeah, the machinist.
Anyway, my sugars this morning were 4.3. I measured them at about 7am. Like I said in the video though (if you’ve watched it) I had more energy today for sure, and actually did more yoga and some pressups so that is a definite improvement.
And as an update to the video, I didn’t really crash either, during the day, I pretty much kept going, although it did seem like a pretty bitty day, bu I guess that’s the way it goes sometimes. Work can’t be all bricks can it, sometimes you’ve got to put the mortar in.
So as I type this I’ve just walked back form town with the dog, after getting / returning a cople of library books, and some more celery and bok choy (the latter 2 weren’t form the library smart ass, they were from the video store). So that was my walk for the day too.
When I was walking back from town (it was around 7:30pm) I could smell all these fabulous smells drifting from the kitchens and dining tables of lovely warm looking houses, man I can’t wait until December!
Right now I’m going to go and run myself an nice hot bath and I’ve got a Thich Nhat Hanh book to get my brain around after that, and hopefully drift off into peaceful oblivion…Yeah right - we’ll see.
OK, I’m done - going to call it a night and get some rest.
Buona Notte!

Hi Rachel, thanks for the comment and your advice on the B Complex. I have been taking it around 7pm, so maybe that is too late.
I’m going to knock it out from now on, and just have it at breakfast and lunchtime - thanks.
As for the coconut oil, I’ll look into that.
