Day #58: Supplementary my dear Watson
My sugars this morning were 3.8
The additional blueberry juice is really helping out, as well as the supplements I’m taking as well I would imagine.
So what supplements and I taking exactly? Quite a few, here’s the list
I’m not going to say what each one is for, you can use wikipedia for that
- Spirulina
- Milk thistle
- Flax Oil
- MSM
- Gymnema sylvestre
- Bee Pollen Granules
- Super B complex
- Cinnamon
- Ginko Biloba
I think that’s about it.
Even though I feel like I’ve got more energy, I’m definitely feeling more hungry, so once again it looks like it’s time to increase my juice volume. The tricky thing with that is spreading it through the day evenly, because I don’t want to be drinking too late at night, otherwise I end up getting up a few times in the night to pee.
I see if I can figure something out.
I went for a night-time walk with the dog tonight - an astronomer’s sky as I call it, clear and bright, lots of stars.
Well, that’s enough from me for today, hopefully I’ll get an earlier night than last night - after I finished the blog post I ended up staying up to way after 1.00am - stupid!.
Not tonight though - so with that, I’ll bid you goodnight.
