Day #54: Montana and back

Car 54 where are you?

My sugars this morning were the lowest so far (and I didn’t make the mistake of double checking them :)

3.4

And I didn’t have the shakes or anything on that! Granted I was knackered again, but no shakes - and that is most definitely unheard of for me. I used to get the shakes if I could even smell a sugar level below a 5.

We did go to the states today, picked up some herbal supplements, and homeopathic supplies, like I mentioned yesterday, and did a little shopping too. We got back at Midnight, so once again, I’m burning the proverbial midnight, but a lie in has my name written on it tomorrow, and I’m claiming it!

Also, good news in that I’ve got a mammoth email to read from David Rainoshek (juicefeasting.com). I was going to read it before typing this out and spread the word, but it’s a long email, it’s late, and I want to absorb it fully before imparting it to you. (Maybe it’s the BBC in me?)

So, without much further ado, I think it’s time for me to leave this keyboard alone, and head up the wooden stairs to read what David has to say, and contemplate it.

See you on the next post.

‘night.
