Thanks for the advice :) I'll have to check out eye pillows. I'd forgotten about lavender - I'll sprinkle some on my regular pillow tonight and see how it goes.

Delegation and forgiveness too - interesting ideas. I'll work on those.

		<description>I hear you loud and clear on the "you can get pretty tired of things that don't taste too good" track.  I admire your all greens regimine.  I find I have to add apples to some of them to make them palatable.  And celery juice straight up, that's medicinal stuff.  Get some sleep. I know its out on a limb, but get an eye pillow with lavendar in it.  When I am fried from work and absolutely need sleep, it works like a charm.  Forgive somebody and/ or delegate something run a close second to getting more sleep too.</description>
