Day #49: Getting horizontal in the garage

Well, my sugars this morning were 5.0 again. I had another lie in, and I suspect they’ll be higher next week too as I hope to be getting up later than usual all week. I really feel like this is something I need to do to track and get some energy back, and stop feeling so wasted all the time, especially in the morning.

Had a pretty productive day as far as DIY goes, got more of the garage done, all the walls are secured now, pretty much ready for the dry wall. Just got to hang the doors in the garage and the basement. Then we’re good to go.

I made another loaf of bread today, tried putting some olive oil in there as well as oregano at the behest of my wife. I used more yeast too, but it didn’t really seem to rise any more than yesterdays. My son said he preferred yesterday’s bread. Hey Ho, I guess I’ll keep practising :)

When I was plaing some wood today, it absoutely knackered me out, I had to lie down on the floor of the garage at one point, whle my wife finished it off. That’s not right.

I’m also thinking of going for some colonic hydrotherapy too, while I’m doing this whole juice feast/ enema extravaganza. I think it can only help, so I’ll try and get that sorted out in the next week or so.

Well, enough from me, I said I’d go for earlier nights this week, and later mornings, so I better get off this computer and head up the wooden hill…

‘night.

Just came across this off a link from Mats’ HydePodCorner - and spent time (probably more than I should being as I’m at work!) reading through it. Educational and entertaining - it was good to get an insight into your life over tere, and as always Sheck, you are truly an inspiration. I have every faith you’ll see this through. Will keep tuning in and looking forward to reading your thoughts at the finish line. Also - noticed your comment earlier about vegan. Sounds similar to me - Jen and the kids are all now vegeterians, and I am when I’m at home…but have to stray sometimes. :-) Neil (Kayos)
