Day #41: A good day
My sugars this morning were 4.5 Â (had a lie in).
It was good day today, although I measured my blood pressure this morning and it was 74 over 54, which is pretty low I’d say, but I’m seeing my doc on Tuesday, so I’ll get his opinion on it.
After some enematic hi-jinx, and breakfast juice I cycled downtown to visit my wife who was running a stand for her homeopathic business at a local craft / art fair. She was up really late last night preparing for it and it paid off, the stand looked pretty good.
Cycling into town was pretty hard though, I have to say, I felt like I was cycling underwater or something, and felt pretty weak and light headed when I got there.Â
I’m starting to think I should be having something else in my juice, or maybe I should be forcing myself to drink more?
After visiting the craft fair I paid a visit to a friend with my guitar. He plays the harp, no he’s not an angle, and it’s not that kind of harp - a blue harp - harmonica,, and we jammed for an hour or so…and then back home and playing online with my mate back in England, “Soul Calibur IV” and “Worms”. He actually said at one point “I’m so glad we’ve both got worms” Oh how we laughed.
My wife and son went out to friends for a thanks giving dinner tonight. I was invited too, but just can’t face that kind of evening right now, it’s all about food and drink you know, so… I made sure that my wife accepted the invitation though, it just wouldn’t be fair on them to miss out on a nice evening because of what I’m doing. And I don’t mean to sound holier than thou, I’m just telling you how it is.
As it is I got some good constructive work done on a website while they were out.
And then….
I got a comment on this blog from David & Katrina Rainoshek!
David is the contributing author on “There is a cure for diabetes” which I’ve obviously mentioned before. You can read the comment on the previous post. Talk about Synchronicity! Anyway, we exchanged a couple of emails tonight and they have been so kind that I’m lost for words really - they’ve gifted me (because of my blog) membership to their juice feasting site: juicefeasting.com
As I’ve mentioned before, it’s an incredible resource for not just information, but also support and guidance, so if you haven’t yet checked it out, go now (well after you’ve finished reading this) and do so!
This is turning into quite a long post, and I’m sure you’ve got better things you can be doing, so I’ll finish off by saying that I had a really nice day today, very restful for my mind, which I’ve needed, and topped of with a fantastic gesture from David and Katrina.
What a good day.
‘night.
