Day #30: And that was September…

That’s right. Once month in the bank. Who would have thunk it.

My sugars this morning were 3.6 - the lowest yet, and once again, I felt fine on it - did my stretching and press-ups (or push ups) this morning too.

The only thing I have noticed health-wise is that my pulse rate in the morning is way high - like 100+ and that’s before any exercise, but my blood pressure is pretty low too - around 115 or 70ish, but according to a nurse friend across the street, that’s nothing to worry about.

In related news… If I was doing this to lose weight, I’d also be a happy bunny, as I’ve lost around 25 pounds during the month of September. The figures are - September 1st, I weight around 175lbs and now I weigh 150lbs, and it’s still going down. Hmm.

My juice today tasted fine, it was a lovely change. Getting rid of those celery leaves did the trick. Man they is bitter!

Off to bed for an early night tonight, got to get ready for the next month :)

Ciao!

Great news about the leaves and the sugar levels. You’re well on your way. :)
