Day #20: An ammonite de doo de doo doo

Sugar this morning was 4.8. Up from the last couple of days, but I’m not complaining - it’s 4.8 - that’s still great.

My wife and I went for a hike today, up to the fossil of an ammonite in the nearby hillside.

We’ve tried to find it previously, but it was late spring and the river was too high. This time though - we found it! Here’s the directions: It’s up the second draw to the south of Coal Creek. There you go, you can find it too now!

Anyway, needless to say I was pretty whacked after that, had a little lie down on the sofa to recover. It was very  enjoyable though I must say, and I even took some green juice with me.

Just watched the Forbidden Kingdom with my son and we both enjoyed it. Nice to see Jet Li and Jackie Chan in the same movie. There’s even one scene where someone mentions Bruce Lee to them, and they both look at each other as if to say “Who?”. Classic.

Enough of me babling about kung fu movies though, of to bodkins now I think.

A domani.
