Day #16: Not good, then good.
I felt absolutely bloody awful this morning. Didn’t want to get out of bed, and felt worse than a bear…whatever the phrase is. Point being today, or at least this morning was a low, real low.
My sugar was 4.8 this morning, no double checking or anyting this time.
I went for a bike ride with Bailey the genius dog at lunch time and I think that made me feel a little better to - getting out in the sun - it was a really nice day.
I’ve taken to drinking my juice on the deck out in the sun, gets me out of the basement and my computer screen and into the world. Feels good.
Anyway a friend of mine managed to grab a copy of Soul Calibur IV from Calgary today so I played that in the evening - thoroughly enjoyable.
